                   •             Instant Refund (if failure confirmed immediately)

                   •             24 Hours (bank dependent)

                   •             3–7 Working Days (standard timeline)

                   •             Up to 10 Working Days (bank settlement delay)

    4. Non-Refundable Cases

    Refund not applicable in:

                   •             Successful Transactions

                   •             Incorrect Mobile Number entered

                   •             Incorrect Account Details entered

                   •             User mistake transactions

                   •             Duplicate transactions (if successful)

    5. Transaction Disputes

    For dispute:

    User must provide:

                   •             Transaction ID

                   •             Date & Time

                   •             Amount

                   •             Screenshot (if available)

    6. Chargeback

    PayRizq reserves right to:

                   •             Reverse transactions

                   •             Adjust wallet balance

                   •             Recover disputed funds

    7. Cancellation Policy

    Transactions once initiated:

                   •             Cannot be cancelled

                   •             Subject to bank/partner rules

    8. Third Party Services

    Refunds for third party services:

                   •             Subject to partner policy

                   •             Telecom operator rules apply

                   •             Bank rules apply

    9. Fraud Transactions

    If fraud detected:

                   •             Refund hold

                   •             Account freeze
